  1. We were able to use some produce that was getting old JUST in time!
  2. Boil Jalapeno, Serrano, Red Onion, Bell Pepper and Garlic until tender BE sure to allow these to cool before Blending Reserve 1 Cup of this liquid for later
  3. Add oil to HOT Cast Iron Skillet and char your White Onion and Tomato
  4. Combine all ingredients and blend well OR you can use use your emulisifuer In goes the Cilantro, seasonings and Lime juice
  5. If needed you may want add in some of the reserved water to thin it out some and make it go a little further.
  6. Grab your favorite tortilla chip and disfrutar Enjoy!)
