  1. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl flours, seasonings and baking powder
  2. add in the cheese and combine
  3. Next we are going to add in the chopped jalapeƱos and onions and again combine well
  4. Beat the two eggs and add to the dry ingredients and combine well
  5. now add your slightly cooled butter and mix everything together ***Batter will be heavy ****cooling butter slightly avoids scrambling the eggs
  6. Bake at 350* for 18-20 minutes until golden and buttery delicous!
  7. Immediately remove and place on cooling rack and Enjoy!
