Broccoli & Cheese Spaghetti Squash (Baked)

Ooey Gooey Cheesy Melty Delicous!
Ingredients
- 1 Spaghetti Squash cut in half, seeded and cleaned
- 2 Cups Broccoli Chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic Chopped/minced
- 1 Tsp Red pepper Flake
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 Tsp Oregano 1 tsp each half
- 2 Tsp Basil 1 tsp each half
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream 1/4 for each half
- 1/2 Cup Mozzarella 1/4 for each half
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Grated (1/4 for each half)
- Vegetable Oil For drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375*
- Cut Squash in half and scrape out seeds. Clean with water and wipe dry.
- Drizzle with Oil and season well with Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Basil, and red pepper flakes
- In a separate bowl, mix cheese, milk and broccoli
- Pour mixture into halves of squash equally
- Place in oven and bake for 45-55 minus UNTIL squash is tender and shreds easily with a fork and cheese is brown and bubbly!
